Forest Immersion Walk (Forest Bathing)

Experience nature like never before during this two-hour immersion walk. Forest Bathing (aka Forest Therapy) is gaining traction in the US and for good reason. Research continues to show that spending time in nature has profound benefits to our health, both mental and physical. 

During this experience, you will be offered invitations that ignite your senses and open doors for connection with yourself and the forest. It's a practice that will get you out of your head and into your body. 

This is not a hike or exercise. It's more of here and now versus getting there practice. We will be walking at a very slow, comfortable pace on terrain that is mostly flat on a mix of gravel and dirt.

What will the walk be like? Plan on a balance of connection with others and solitude. After a brief introduction our first invitation will be done together. Following invitations will be done on your own, followed by connection, once again, with your fellow participants.

This event will take place in Arcadia, MO, on 70 acres of private land nestled alongside the Mark Twain National Forest. The exact address will be provided upon registration.
